The Kibou Refund Policy

Only store credit or exchanges may be issued for regularly priced items within 2 weeks of purchase. Sale items and final sale items, unfortunately, are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Clothing must not be worn, altered, or damaged and must be free of any stains, odors, color tanners, pet hairs, or smells, including deodorant, perfume, or cologne.

Damages and Issues
Should you receive damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will gladly process a return or exchange upon further investigation into the matter.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
